At the last edition of Packology IMA Industries presented new solutions for packaging tea, coffee, food and cosmetic products.
The fair has not only been a chance for the visitors to see IMA Industries automatic machines in operation, but also an opportunity to showcase some of the Group’s new technological developments. Packaging machines and lines for tea, coffee, stock cubes, processed cheese, confectionery and cosmetics has been discovered:
Tea in filter bags: high-speed machine for packaging tea in heat-sealed double chamber filter bags with string and label, but no aluminium staple.
Coffee in capsules: capsules line, complete cycle from filling to palletizing.
Stock cubes: one line for pressed cubes and one for paste cubes, high speed from dosing to tray-packaging.
Processed cheese: lines for dosing, wrapping and cartoning of triangular and square portions, at medium and high speed.
Candies and chewing gum: line for packaging chewing gum in wallets complete with Fin Seal wrapping machine, tray loader and case packer.
Cosmetics: high-speed case packer with top loading.
At Packology, IMA Industries’ innovation has been even visible and opened to all, taking visitors on a unique sensory journey: the details and high precision technology of IMA’s automatic machines have involved the visitors at the IMA Industries stand.
